Expanded Bulletin Announcements for Sabbath, December 23, 2017

Welcome to Eastgate SDA Church!
This Weekend!
Pastor Eric Sayler
Memories are core to Christmas.  Just think of some of our most popular Christmas songs… “I’m dreaming of a white Christmas, just like the ones I used to know…” I’m afraid, though, that we often idealize past Christmases, building them up to be more snowy, more merry, more perfect than they probably were.  Memory is essential however, in making us who we are. Memory is also essential in making decisions for the future.  This Sabbath we will be looking at the Nativity story and studying how memory plays a sacred role as we live our lives.
~ Eric Sayler
Come at 9:30am and spend an hour with us in bible study in small groups.  Children’s age appropriate classes too!  Then stay from 10:45am – 12:15pm as we meet in the sanctuary for worship services.
“Sacred Memory”
“ … his mother kept all these things in her heart.”
Luke 2:51
