Camp Wooten – CANCELLED – August 4, 5 & 6, 2017 – All Church Retreat
Worship Committee and Social Committee would like to assure you all that an alternative will be presented at a later time.  However, there were simply too many people indicating they would not be available for the August 4, 5 & 6 dates that had been proposed.
Please plan to participate once again in a special retreat at Camp Wooten in August 2018
Pastor Eric Sayler is planning a special Spiritual Retreat that will enrich each who choose to participate.

Milton-Stateline Adventist School would like to thank everyone who sponsored a student or pastor in this year's walkathon.  The money we raise is used for student financial aid and for our special education program.  We have reached $15,870 of our $25,000 goal.  Even though the walkathon is over we will continue to accept donations towards these needs.  Thank you for your support and may God continue to bless our school as well as you.

Amateur Radio Technician License Class

"Scrapbook Pages to Kenya" Campaign.
Teachers, Pathfinder Clubs, Parents, and Homeschoolers.  Spokenya Hospice Missions is looking for 4th-8th graders to create scrapbook pages to distribute to students at Brook of Faith Academy in a small village in Kipkaren, Kenya.  If your school or organization is interested in this mission project please visit www.spokenyahospicemissions.com  or call Marilyn Salmon at 509-270-7078 for details.  Deadline June 12.

Seventh and Eighth Graders: Now is the time to apply for a College Bound Scholarship
Seventh and eighth graders in Washington State can apply for the College Bound Scholarship.  This scholarship is an early commitment of state financial aid to eligible students who sign up in middle school and fulfill the College Bound Pledge, part of which is to graduate from a Washington high school or home school with a 2.0 GPA or higher. (for full pledge go to website given)  This scholarship can help students earn an approved certificate or degree at one of Washington's many eligible institutions which include public and private two- and four-year colleges, technical colleges etc.  Walla Walla University is one of the approved schools.  For a complete list of schools and to register (Students must be registered by June 30, 2017); and for more information, go to www.collegebound.wa.gov
